Terms of Use and Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • First: Shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment: Orders are processed within 2 business days of order confirmation (not including shipping time).
  • Shipping time within Saudi Arabia: 2-6 working days depending on the shipping company and the distance between cities.
  • Note: Shipping time is estimated and may be affected by the volume of orders or emergency circumstances of shipping companies.
  • Shipping Address: The address must be entered correctly and completely. If there is an error in the address, the store will not be responsible if the order is cancelled or excluded by the shipping company, and no compensation may be claimed.
  • Shipping fees: Non-refundable.

Second: Return and Cancellation Policy

  • The return period is only 48 hours from the time the order is received by the shipping company.
  • The product must be intact, unused, and in its original condition . The store reserves the right to reject any damaged or non-conforming product.
  • In the event of a problem with the product, it will be received and inspected before a decision is made to replace or compensate.
  • Order cancellation: The amount will be transferred within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
